Chemie (M.Ed., Kombi) at Bergische Universität Wuppertal is a four-semester Master of Education programme building on the bachelor's programme Chemie B.A. (Kombi), the B.Sc. in Applied Science with a chemistry focus, or the Bachelor of Education with special education focus. It qualifies students to teach chemistry at secondary schools, at Gymnasien and Gesamtschulen (including bilingual tracks), at vocational colleges or in special education. Students select the master's track corresponding to their intended school type and study a second subject alongside chemistry, continuing the combination from their bachelor's degree. The programme starts in both winter and summer semesters, is admission-free (no NC), and requires a completed first degree with subject-specific access requirements; study structure and content are defined by general and subject-specific examination regulations.
