لأ، الأرقام المعروضة (EU / Non-EU) هي رسوم الدراسة بس، مش شاملة السكن أو المعيشة أو التأمين الصحي. في صفحة كل برنامج فيه رابط لموقع Numbeo لتقدير تكلفة المعيشة في المدينة.
افتح صفحة البرنامج، دوس على "Visit program page" عشان تروح لموقع الجامعة الرسمي وتقدّم من هناك مباشرة، أو دوس "Talk to an advisor" لو عايز مساعدة قبل ما تقدّم.
الرقم المعروض هو رسوم الدراسة السنوية بس لغير مواطني الاتحاد الأوروبي، ومش شامل تأشيرة الدراسة أو السكن أو المعيشة أو التأمين الصحي — دي مصاريف منفصلة لازم تحسبها لوحدها.

The Master Informatik at Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg builds on the B.Sc. Informatik and conveys advanced knowledge and skills in computer science, qualifying graduates internationally for future IT roles, leadership positions or a scientific career. Computer science has become a central discipline with significant societal impact, and the Department of Computer Science offers a modern, practice-oriented education. Graduates possess qualified knowledge of the specification, implementation, optimisation and validation of complex information technology systems for information, communication and control, and can apply or direct their use. An extensive practice-related team project teaches group work and convincing presentation of results, enabling graduates to take leading roles in industrial development teams or to work independently on research projects, including the option of a subsequent doctorate. Important: this is a discontinued programme - new applications are no longer possible, although already enrolled students can complete their studies regularly. International applicants need German skills (DSH 2 or TestDaF level 4) and English at B1 level.
