Strategy & Consulting (M.Sc.) at CBS International Business School in Cologne is a four-semester, English-taught programme (120 ECTS) starting in winter with semester fees of 6,210 euros. It equips students to develop pioneering strategies and implement them successfully in dynamic markets, making data-based decisions, designing innovative business models and tackling the challenges of digitalisation and sustainability. Going beyond management fundamentals, the curriculum dives deep into strategic renewal, corporate governance and risk management while building a broad toolkit of consulting and analysis methods. Practice-oriented projects with real companies such as E&Y, UPS or KPMG let students present solutions directly to decision-makers, and courses are taught by former C-level executives, managers and consultants. As part of the NEW ERA master concept, students strengthen analytical thinking and decision-making with AI tools, studying in a community from over 75 nations, with career paths opening in corporate leadership, consulting firms and entrepreneurship.
