This master's degree aims to contribute to a leadership attitude that is able to promote an inclusive, multicultural, democratic school that respects differentiation and human rights. It seeks to support the construction of more informed, innovative and fairer schools, oriented towards today's world and aware of the important role they assume in the preparation of future citizens. The program's target audience is mainly teachers who are working or intend to work in functions or activities that directly apply to the functioning of educational establishments. Other senior staff inserted in the Educational System at central/regional level and in private or non-profit institutions that intervene or aspire to intervene at the level of management of school institutions are also targeted. The curriculum includes theoretical foundations of organization and management in education, school management, contemporary educational issues, educational research, leadership and pedagogical innovation, and interpersonal relations.
